All prizes are in Euro (EUR) including danish VAT unless you posses a valid european VAT number.
Enter your valid VAT number in the “VAT number tab” upon completion of your order in our webshop.
Payment is completed and money is deducted from your account, when we send the package.
Delivery of items
We always deliver our goods as long as stock lasts. The current stock is always displayed on our websibe. The items are only available in the webshop if they are in our local warehouse, remote warehouse or if they have been ordered from our supplier. When ordering items specified as an order item, we reserve the right to send the order either in whole or in part when the items are in stock. We make reservations for discontinued items, printing errors and price or tax changes.
The expected delivery time of orders to countries in Europe is 2-5 working days.
Right of return – Right of withdrawal
If you regret your purchase, the item can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. If you regret the purchase, you must return the item in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. The item must be unused and must not be washed. If you have used the product, it is a matter of our assessment how large a part of the purchase price you will get returned.
Pack the items in the same packaging you received the item in from us, or otherwise pack them securely. Your right of withdrawal lapses in part or in full if you use the item in a way that reduces the item’s sales value.
Return of items
If you want to return an item, you must do the following:
- Return the item in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. The item must be unused and must not be washed.
- Return the item in its original packaging and make sure to pack it securely.
- After we recieve the item, we will credit the amount to your account as soon as possible.
- As a customer, you pay for the return yourself.

Exchange of items
If you have ordered the wrong size, you can always exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. Your possibility of exchange lapses if you have used the product to such an extent that it reduces the sales value of the product. As a customer, you pay for the exchange of the item yourself. The rules for exchanging an item are the same as for returns. You must therefore follow the instructions for returning an item. Subsequently, you must go in and order your new item in the right size.
Use of personal data at purchase
If you make purchases on our website, we collect personal information about you. This information includes first name, last name, your address, delivery adress (if different from person adress), your e-mail address and telephone number. This information is not stored encrypted nor is it transmitted in encrypted form. If you shop on our website, you accept that we have the opportunity to look up this information via your e-mail address or telephone number. This means that your personal data is available and can be looked up by Occlude, via e-mail address or telephone number. f you want this personal data deleted, please contact us at email@example.com
When you shop at Occlude, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint. This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get a discount on the price, or get your money, back depending on the situation in question. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the error did not occur after incorrect use of the product or other incorrect behavior. Occlude is a medically registered product at the Danish Medicines Agency. We guarantee a durability of at least 100 uses according to our user manual. Items that are returned with a complaint will either be repaired or replaced as soon as possible, from the time we receive the item. If a replacement item is not available, we will credit the amount within 7 working days. We must receive your complaint within a reasonable time, from the time you find defects in the items. Complaints within 2 months will be considered timely.
If you want to complain about a product, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org – Write “complaint” in the subject field.
State in as much detail as possible what the problem is with your item. We do not accept packages sent on cash on delivery (COD)
If your complaint is justified, your shipping costs will be paid. We will send a return label.
Please ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe packaging.
If you experience unfair treatment, we would very much like to hear from you so that we can process your case in the best possible way. Please write to email@example.com. For any immediate request, we recommend that you contact us by phone. Any dispute between Occlude and customer is subject to Danish law.
If you do not want to receive notices or updates from Occlude, it is always possible to unsubscribe.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop on our website. You must have the consent of your parents, if you are not 18 years old.
